One feature of the Simcyp Population-based Simulator is the ADME Prediction Toolbox, which allows users to quickly estimate average values of fu, fumic and QGut and assess the likely impact of atypical kinetics. This set of tools proved popular amongst the Simcyp Simulator users as well as those scientists who have been accessing it through the Simcyp website.
